Ok, so here's what happened: About 7 months ago (so long!) I was driving down the highway and a lady driving fairly slow put on her breaks. Then the lady behind her also puts on her breaks to slow with the traffic. The man behind them (third car) was going tremendously fast (according to the police officer) and following quite close, which left him unable to slow completely and resulted in him slamming into the second car which slammed into the first car. I was probably 5 or 6 car lengths behind when all this happened. I see it happen, try to slam on my breaks but the roads are wet and I am too close to come to a complete stop so I slam into the third car. There was barely any damage to my car and the back of his since I was only going about 20mph when I hit him. But the second car and pushed up on top of the third cars hood. She demanded to go to the hospital. So a couple days later I get a call from an insurance company asking what happened. I told him and he explained that it sounded like I was lying and that everyone was going a fine speed and I was speeding and hit all of them. I was 19 at the time (20 now) and the rest of the people involved were all 40 somethings. So I feel like no one believes me because of my age. All was fine, I got a new car, etc. Until 5 minutes ago when I got a letter in the mail from the second car's attorney stating they are demanding $36,000 from me in 30 days. The letter also stated that I rear ended her and caused her tremendous pain and kept her from making money at her job for a couple days. There was no option to call and negotiate. I am scared because obviously I don't have $36,000 to give her. What do I do??? I do have insurance. I didn't hit the car. I was the fourth car and I am being sued by the second car. I was at fault but I didn't cause the accident and I definitely did not cause enough damage to her car to cause all the injuries stated. If anything it was the guy in the third car, that I hit, that should be sued.

My Dream I wanted to write about this dream, before I totally forgot about it. It was extremely detailed, and very realistic, so I might not be able to get all of the details. I was visiting my brother in Pennsylvania, and him and I were sitting on his bed. We were talking about different stuff, but mainly, he was having a new baby, and he didn't want it. He started crying, and he wasn't making much sense. I asked him why he didn't want the baby, and he said that he did want the baby, but he was just sad in general. I told him he had a lot to be sad about, and I said, because of dad...and he looked at me and said, I'm starting to think Dad's not such a bad guy, which is my basic philosophy. I had a plate sitting in front of me. It had pizza laying on it, that was half eaten. We were putting our cigarettes out on the pizza. Then my aunt walked in, her name is Bonnie. She had a stiff smile on her face, and her eyes were really dead looking, like a stepford wife. She started getting onto us about putting cigarettes out on the pizza. It made sense to me after I woke up, why my aunt was looking at us like that. She married a multi-millionaire, and in a way, kind of treated my brother and I like we were a nuissance. Not actually, but, it's kind of how I always felt. When my aunt left, me and my brother were talking about how we can 'get away', like run away from our adult lives. I told him that I loved him, and that if he really wanted, I'd help him get out if he's not happy. But, he said he couldn't leave Mason, his son. I told him, he wouldn't have to leave Mason, he could still visit him, just him him a lot less. He said it didn't work like that for him. Anyways, something else happened in the dream, that I can't quite remember, and the next thing, I was running down the interstate. I was on the side of the road where cars pull off for an emergency stop, and car's were passing me by, and the walls on the interstate to block the noise from the suburbs surrounding it were extremely tall. It was very dark outside, and the only light was the light posts. I was running as fast as I could, and then over to my left, I saw a shadow running up next to me. I tried to ignore it, and keep running, I thought, maybe I could make it to an exit before the shadow caught up to me. I thought it might be a police officer or something, trying to give me a ticket, or arrest me for being on the interstate like that. Then the shadow caught up to me, and it was a person. It was this guy from my archaeology class, whom I've never spoken to at all. I've just seen him. He looked at me, and he was crying and panting, and he said something very similar to, Just run, just run. Then two other shadows came up from behind him, running towards us, and then he said, Just ignore it, whatever they do, you have to just ignore it, and when those two shadows caught up to us, it was two men. One had a gun in his hand, and he pulled the trigger and shot me directly in the chest. I just laid down on the interstate, and I was bleeding, but I immediately obeyed that strangers advice. I didn't cry, I didn't scream, I did nothing but lay there, with zero reaction. Someone called the ambulance, and when the ambulance got there, they put me on the stretcher and brought me to this house. I was laid down in the kitchen at the house, and my mom was there, only my mom wasn't the same. I have an aunt named Brdigette, who's actually my brothers real mom. She has mental problems, like, an inability to make good decisions, very unclear mentally, she can barely speak coherently at times. My mom, looked like my mom in the face, but her general disposition was like my Aunt Bridgette. My mom had long hair like Brdigette, and she had blue scrunchees holding her hair up. She had a huge smile on her face, like she was so happy I was there, and completely unresponsive to my bleeding chest, and gun wounds. The house was full of people. There was conversation going on. A while later, another person walks into the house. It was a man, and he had his baby his him. I forget what it's called, but the baby was fitted into one of those contraptions, where the baby actually is carried around on the parents chest, like strapped onto it. The man talked for a moment, and then out of nowhere, someone picked up a gun and shot him. Him, as well as the baby were shot, directly through the chest. I got up, still bleeding and walked over to the baby. I picked her up and held her in my arms, and blood was coming out of her mouth. I found a phone laying on the floor and I tried to call the ambulance. I looked over to my left, and the baby's dad was brought into another room. He was laying on his back, and blood was coming out of his mouth. They just shut the door and left him in there. When I called 911, I got a busy signal, then they told me to call back later. My mom reached over and grabbed the phone. She calle

I AM THINKING ABOUT BUYING A 2000 0R 1999 ACURA. FOR 500, FROM A COWORKER. ONE HEADLIGHT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED (IT'S SHATTERED) THE A/C WORKS FINE, THE INTERIOR IS NICE, THE TIRES AND BRAKES ARE BRAND NEW. BUT WHITE (SEMI CLEAR) SMOKE COMES OUT OF THE BACK OF THE CAR, I THINK IT'S THE EXHAUST. THE SMOKE DOESN'T COME ALL THE TIME, MY SISTER JUST NOTICED IT LAST NIGHT. Yeah, someone with my user name would ask this question....but w/e I have heard many stories and had friends killed in car accidents, but still my opinion is that as long as you know what your car is capable of and you are being very careful with your speed it doesn't matter what a car can do, it won't increase the risk of a crash. I am a teenager, and yeah they tend to think they are invincible, but I know my limits with driving (I have had gocarts and things all my life so I learned the ropes(yes I know gocarts are nothing like real cars in handling but anything helps)). Will I really be sure to be in a dangerous accident with a fast car? If so, are there any cars that look fast (not stupid) and can sound intimidating? Thats all i want a fast car for anyway, to show off the sound and look good....

I used to weigh much more but now I weigh around 200 pounds. I know its not much but im only 16. I was losing weight really fast but for the past month its been at a standstill. I dont like diets because i already dont eat junk food and i dont drink soda and i just naturally like healthy stuff. I dont have enough time for an actual excercise schedule. So is there little stuff i can do that will help? I tried cutting my portion sizes and that still hasnt worked. i never take escalators or elevators. I walk everywhere or ride a bike (i never take my car) and i do little excercises before i go to bed. I always eat breakfast and i dont eat snacks in between meals. so what am i doing wrong or wat can i do more?

Its my first time ever trailing a car and pretty nervous about it. Im using my 2001 Chevy Tahoe to tow a 1999 Toyota Camry just for more info. Just incase , im driving from the state of Washington back to San Diego. I understand the per mph distance between cars but not really sure how fast a vehicle thats towing another vehicle can go. I have done research on how to tell if it's one or the other, however both symptoms are the same! My car starts up just fine and usually takes off from a complete stop fine, however, when I'm driving along at highway speeds (50 mph and up) it's almost like it doesn't want to continue at those speeds. It feels like I just let off the pedal completely and then I have to push it harder to maintain speed which makes the car lurch as if I were accelerating rapidly. This happens randomly every time I'm driving down the highway. Sometimes the car will jerk a couple times and then keep going. My service engine light comes on every now and then, if that helps any. My car is a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am GT. As you can probably already tell I am very far from car smart. Is there any sure way for me to tell which one it is so I can address it quickly? Serious answers only please. If there are any more details you need to know that would help me out please feel free to IM me, I really want to get this solved and fast! The reason I'm not doing trial and error to find out, is because money is super tight. I'd really like to be able to fix one or the other, not both. Thank you for your help! I have checked the fuel filter, it's about 75% clean.

Today when I was walking along the line of cars waiting to pick up their kids several people who bike home(usually together) zoomed past. The first few just went around me, going as fast as they could. But the last one screamed Hey fat kid, move the f*** out of the way!!! I didn't have enough time to move so he just swerved around me. So, do you think that that kid will have something against me and try to hurt me even though I've never seen him before this and I didn't say anything to him? ok my friend got into a wreck. a car infront of her stopped and she couldnt stop fast enough to stop so she hit her. well there was no damage to the other persons car but tere was to my friends car. she told her parents and the police that someone backed into her at work and when she got off it was there. well the car is in the shop and they found a sensor that said that car was in motion when it was moving and got hit...... cant those things be wrong?

This afternoon, I put on just enough clothing to be decent to take my cat, KB, out for a walk. (He walks on a leash, and is the only one of our four cats who gets to go outside at all.) The second we got into the sunshine, I felt pretty PLEH, so we went back in right away. I sat down at my computer and a few minutes later heard him meow. I looked over and saw something I've never EVER seen before.... He was awkwardly crouched, like he was trying to stand but just couldn't quite. His head was bobbling all around like a toy. His eyes were twitching back and forth (nystagmus) rapidly. He kept turning his head around, like he was trying to get the world to hold still. I've seen animals have seizures, and that was my VERY first thought. I grabbed my camera and videoed about 30 seconds of what was happening, because in my experience seizures only last a couple minutes at MOST. I figured when he'd stopped seizing, I'd calmly take him (and the camera) directly to a vet. Well, after about 3 minutes, it hadn't stopped, so I grabbed him in a panic, grabbed his leash and my keys, and got in the car straight away. Would you believe the first TWO veterinary offices I stopped at didn't have doctors there?!?!? WTF!!!! (We've JUST moved to this town about 2 months ago, haven't needed a vet yet)....in the parking lot at the second office, KB tried to walk on his own but simply COULD NOT STAND. He kept falling over. He was upset that I carried him again, because he WANTED to walk. (It had been about 7 minutes of me driving around) While the receptionist at the second office called other clinics to find someone who could see us right away, KB flopped on the floor and heaved a big sigh and I realized his eyes weren't twitching anymore. (another 3-5 minutes?). The receptionist confirmed I'd be right along to some *other* vet, gave me directions, and off we went. The third vet was super-nice. On the way to the third vet I realized I didn't have my phone to tell my husband what was going on or give the third vet info over the phone so we could check in faster. But KB was pretty normal when we got there. He stood on the counter and looked around, not bobbling his head at all. That was about the time I realized I didn't have my purse (or any money!) with me. I apologized as they showed me into a room. They said no problem, because they'd noticed I wasn't wearing shoes, either. (uh... wow, I hadn't noticed, actually.) Anyway, I explained what happened, and said maybe he had some ear problem? (He had a gross polyp removed from his left ear when I found him about 18 months ago). They confirmed there's a little bit of an infection but nothing that would cause a seizure, in the vet's opinion. She confirmed the usual stuff: He'd eaten today, he hadn't eaten anything bad for him or got into any chemicals, his three kitty-siblings are all fine and well.... it was SO weird! She said it could be a seizure, let them know if it happens again... but it was so strange that he'd be reactive. Could it be a seizure in just some smaller part of his brain? His pupils changed size between inside and outside (like they should have).... he was sniffing for treats and nuzzling me and purring a little, even though his eyes wouldn't hold still and his head was still bobbling around. The seizure lasted, in total, about 12-15 minutes.... which is WAY longer than I've ever thought they could last. This freaked me out beyond all compare. This is MY kitty! he's like, the best cat EVAR!! (I know, everyone will beg to differ... but he's the kitty I always wished for when I was little... a kitty who could go everywhere with me like a kitty dog.) Thankfully the vet's office was REALLY nice about my lack of money, they sent me home with a receipt and my promise to come back and pay them (plus, they have my address)... they kind of chuckled about my being barely dressed and having no shoes on. Ahhh! someone calm me down pleaseeeeee! KB is now curled up sleeping like nothing ever happened... and finally the headache I'd had all day started to let up. (I kind of wonder, since he and I are so close, if he was giving me his headache?) I know the vet is my best resource for medical wellness of my cat, but ... can I hear from anyone else who has had kitties with seizures? Can you tell me good things, like, yes, and he lived 10 more years! .... I'm just still freaked out a bit. (sorry it's so long.) :( You guys are so nice, thank you!! my boyfriend and i have been dating since we met over 2 years ago. both of us have been saving money in accounts for the longest, we hve cars and we are in high school. we're both 17. during the summer of our senior year we are planning on moving out of our parents and moving into an apartment. i plan to go to arcadia college which is close to the apartments we've been looking at. my bf plans on going to college in philadelphia as well. my mother thinks we can't do it. my grandmother says she knows we can. am i growing up too fast? i would love honest opinions.

Alright, well i got in a car accident at school. It was about 30 min after school had ended and i was backing out when this car speeds to i guess try to get pass me but fails and ends up ripping off my rear bupper! Our cars hit by the left rear corners but her car was hit more on the side of her car. There were people everywhere who saw and she was going fast because my bumper ripped off and was only hanging by the the right side on one hinge also her car stopped like 10 feet up. Anyway i listened to my friend who the smart one on this and in the end we just got each others info and left (which i regret). Turns out that wasn't her car so she had no insurance for this but now they want me to pay for her car which i find unfair. idk if i should call my insurance anyway? what do you guys think! sorry for and typos

is there any website that can tell you make how to make the fast and the furious cars from the movie

the last time i dorve the car it would seem to come out of gear. the rpm guage would just go up untill i let off the gass. i was told by a few people to get a new ecu, i got one didnt help anything. then i tried speed sensor, i looked everwhere for that but nothing on my car even had the same plugin as the new speed sensor, so i called and checked the number of the part, they said it was the right one. anyways im not sure what other part it could be with out replacing alot. i have and old transmission computer, that would only let the car run in 2nd gear and reverse. i hooked it up the car went backward and forward slowly, but only worked for a minute, and then the same thing happen as the new on i had put in it. is there any way to check the torgue converter to see if it is bad. the only sound that i heard that was different than usual was in the area of the tranmission dip stick, what ever it was was clicking fast, for about a min, and then it just stopped. im really not sure of what to do. i dont know of any where with in 2 hours drive that works on those cars.. and knows what their doing. im in brabour county west virginia. if you have a mechanical background, and you know something i havent thought of please. leave your thoughts. and thank you for reading this jumble of words
